  My son sees Dr West - We love her! She is a great doctor. We have also seen Dr. Gulino who we really like too. They both have great bedside manners, which makes my son love them.

  I have never received such horrible treatment from a doctor's office. This office has received 2 medical release authorizations in 2 months from my new pediatrician. I switched when the doctor failed to diagnose a severe double ear infection. She told me my daughter's ears were clear. I left that appointment and went straight to an ENT check up where he told me that both of her ears were severely infected. I know that Magnolia Pediatrics received the medical release for my daughter in March because the office manager called me to ask me why I was moving both of my children's records. She said "I have the medical releases here for both of them and we will release them but we wanted to know why". I answered truthfully. I lost confidence in the doctor. Here we are almost 2 months later and they haven't released my daughter's records but they did release my son's. Lisa called me last Friday and said she had the (2nd) release for my daughter but I had a balance that I needed to pay. I offered her a partial payment which she said wasn't good enough. I called her back after it sank in that they were holding my child's medical records until I paid. She was very snarky and rude when I asked her if it was standard procedure and if it was ethical to hold medical records for payments. She dodged my question several times and kept talking over me and interrupting me. A week later, the new pediatrician still doesn't have my child's medical records. The practice failed to give her a vaccination she should have received at 6 months. My daughter will be a year in 3 weeks. This office is horrible. The doctors obviously don't know what they are doing and the office will illegally and unethically hold your children's medical records.
